REFUND
At PANTHERA WHEELS, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return. Returns made after 30 days may incur a restocking fee. For defective or damaged products, we will arrange an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Limited Warranty
Wheels from PANTHERA WHEELS are covered by our limited warranty as detailed above. In case of any issues or returns, please contact the retailer where the purchase was made. We will collaborate with them to resolve the issue.
Wheels will only be accepted by PANTHERA WHEELS if they do not meet the manufacturer's standards and qualify under the manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be accepted due to an incorrect choice or error on the part of the purchaser.
In rare cases where PANTHERA WHEELS agrees to accept a return, additional charges and restocking fees will apply.

- Product images on our website are taken under controlled lighting conditions and may vary slightly from the actual product color. While we strive to present accurate representations, certain colors are challenging to capture precisely.

Return Policy
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with all included materials.
Any damage during transit must be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt.
Wheels that have been installed on a vehicle or had tires mounted are non-returnable.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns after 30 days.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days, with credit applied to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
